Its location was fantastic, very close to Etihad stadium, shops & restaurants at new quay, docklands & trams to city & beyond and everything, bars, cafes, restaurants and public transport...

All good — we loved this brand-new hotel — the food was good and the staff were very amiable. That venue was in an incredibly comfortable and easy location, close to the Stadium.

During my recent trip to Melbourne, I was eager to visit the iconic Melbourne Star Observation Wheel, drawn by its breathtaking views of the city skyline. I chose to stay at Acd due to its prime location, and I was pleasantly surprised by the 24/7 guest support staff, who were always ready to assist and ensure my stay was comfortable. the new Quay Buffet Chic restaurant on-site was a delightful experience, featuring white tablecloths and floor-to-ceiling windows, where I enjoyed a sumptuous seafood feast alongside an array of global cuisine.

What I didn’t like was that the property needed some maintenance attention. the sliding door lock wasn’t working, and the master bedroom sliding door wouldn’t open.

Very GOOD experience there. Brand-new hotel with best staff and magnificent views of the bay and boats. Favourable location with private parking for guests. Nice bed in the executive apartment, plus a living area and full-length windows.

This made it incredibly convenient to explore the city and get around without having to worry about transportation. The hotel also offers free Wi-Fi in the rooms, which was a huge bonus for staying connected during my trip. Additionally, the staff provided top-notch service and were always friendly and helpful. They made check-in a breeze and even offered secure bag storage for guests with late flights.
